Annie Shipley, of TLC Gardening Services, has been taking care of our yard for around 5 years now. She has been such a blessing to us! Her wonderful knowledge of all plants is superb and she knows the best time of year to prune, mulch, fertilize, etc. to get the best results for our plants, flowers and trees.
